1. Research Products – All Sales Final

All products sold by Novalabs Peptide LLC are intended solely for laboratory research purposes and are not FDA-approved, not intended for human or animal consumption, and not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and strict quality control standards, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

2. Limited Exceptions for Order Errors or Shipping Damage

We will review and resolve issues only in the following limited cases:

  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Missing items
  • Products damaged during transit

If your order qualifies, we may, at our discretion:

  • Reship the correct product(s), or
  • Issue a partial or full refund

3. Reporting Window (Strict)

All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, based on carrier tracking.

To submit a claim, you must provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the shipping package and product(s)

Claims submitted after this window will not be honored.

4. No Returns or Refunds for the Following

Refunds or returns will not be issued for:

  • Opened, used, altered, or partially used products
  • Products stored improperly after delivery
  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with results
  • Carrier delays once the order has shipped
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

Once products leave our control, we cannot guarantee storage or handling conditions.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Replacement shipments may require signature confirmation
  • Novalabs Peptide LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

7. Misuse Voids All Claims

Any use of products outside of legitimate laboratory research — including human or animal consumption — constitutes misuse and voids any eligibility for refund, replacement, or support.

8. Policy Modifications

Novalabs Peptide LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
