1. Order Processing
All orders placed with Novalabs Peptide LLC are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time refers to order preparation only and does not include shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship orders using reputable third-party carriers. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Shipping method selected
- Order weight and size
- Destination address
Novalabs Peptide LLC does not control carrier transit times once the order has shipped.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not update immediately.
4. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Carrier delays due to weather, service disruptions, or peak shipping periods are outside our control.
5. International Shipping (If Applicable)
If international shipping is offered:
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, fees, and import regulations

- Delays caused by incorrect addresses

- Packages returned to sender for undeliverable addresses
Reshipping may require additional shipping fees.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier:
- Responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier
- Novalabs Peptide LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Carrier investigations may be initiated at our discretion
We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the shipping box, packaging, and damaged items
Failure to report damage within this window may result in denial of the claim.
Resolution may include reshipment or replacement at our discretion.
9. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
Novalabs Peptide LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier service interruptions
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Customs delays
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Shipping delays do not constitute grounds for refunds or cancellations.

Improper use or handling of products does not impact shipping obligations or refund eligibility.
